Holistic Psychological Counselling

Given the daily challenges we face as human beings we will inevitably get off track. We will experience change, loss and pain and may feel disconnected from our values and life purpose. Consequently we may develop limiting beliefs which impede our ability to feel a true sense of meaning and contentedness in life. Thankfully we have the power to change course and reconnect with what matters most.
Therapy sessions are individually tailored to honour your personal story and to meet your specific needs and challenges. These sessions aim to create a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space for you to share the challenges and difficulties you may currently be experiencing.

Holistic counselling draws on a number of evidence based therapies such as acceptance and commitment therapy, compassion focused therapy, mindfulness based cognitive therapy and trauma informed therapy. Sessions may also incorporate holistic approaches including compassionate self-inquiry, iRest Yoga Nidra meditation and nature-based therapy.

Medicare rebate available with referral from GP or Specialist. ​
