Each therapy session is thoughtfully tailored to honour the individual’s unique story, needs, and goals. Sadhbh works collaboratively with her clients, supporting them to explore their experiences at their own pace within a safe and non-judgemental setting.

Sadhbh accepts referrals for individuals experiencing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, and complex grief.
